This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are processed for services provided by HULP (“HULP”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By subscribing to or using HULP’s services, you agree to the terms set out below.
Subscription fees paid to HULP are refundable on a pro-rata basis.
Pro-rata refunds apply to the unused portion of the active subscription period at the time of cancellation.
Refunds will be calculated from the effective date of cancellation.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment wherever possible.

You may be asked to verify your identity or subscription details to process the request.
Any payments made toward third-party services (e.g., travel bookings, tickets, service providers, purchases) are not controlled by HULP.
Refunds for such expenses are subject to the individual refund, cancellation, and rescheduling policies of the respective third-party provider.
HULP will make reasonable efforts to assist with refund requests where possible, but cannot guarantee outcomes.
The following are not refundable by HULP:
Fees already utilised for completed services
Third-party charges where refunds are denied by the provider
Taxes or statutory charges where refunds are not permitted under law
Refunds will be processed net of:
Any services already rendered
Applicable taxes, if non-refundable
Third-party fees already incurred
HULP reserves the right to:
Review refund requests on a case-by-case basis
Deny refunds in cases of misuse, policy violations, or fraudulent activity
Adjust refund amounts to reflect actual service usage
HULP may update this Refund Policy from time to time.
Changes will be reflected on the website and will apply prospectively.
